Would there be a good utility to use to be able to monitor traffic from a copier to the server to see what is going on or do I need to look more at the switch/router level.? These 4 copiers that are not working are at other locations and on different subnets and the two that are working are as well. Nothing has changed on our network (that I am aware of) and all other systems are running fine. So I am really not sure if that is the main issue.
